By entering your mobile number, email address, and checking the consent boxes on our form,
you agree to receive communications from The Float Place.

What We’ll Email You About

Emails are managed through your FloatHelm profile and include unsubscribe links.

All messages will clearly identify The Float Place as the sender.

Message & Email Frequency and Charges

  • Emails: 1–4 per month plus transactional communications tied to purchases or reservations.

  • Texts: Frequency varies (maximum of 6 messages per visit).

  • Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

How to Opt In

You must manually check unchecked boxes on our forms to consent. Examples include:

For SMS (required for appointment reminders):
“I agree to receive appointment-related text messages from The Float Place. Msg & data rates may apply.”

For SMS (optional for promotions/accountability):
“I agree to receive promotional text messages from The Float Place. Msg & data rates may apply.”

For Email (optional):
“I agree to receive promotional and informational emails from The Float Place.”

Your consent is time-stamped and securely stored in our CRM (FloatHelm).

How to Opt Out / Get Help

  • Email: Click “unsubscribe” in the footer of any message.

  • Registration: The Float Place is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) under EIN 81-2862823.
